⊙Slat Wall Fence

Slat wall Fence is one of the new products we launched in 2021. This new design can provide another option for landscape design. This new design will keep the advantages of the former design. Therefore, you can enjoy easy installation, leisure from maintenance, and eco-garden concepts.

McoFence design team redesigned the fence appearance and increased the 3D visual effect. What's more, we use the co-extrusion technique for the fence panels upgrading the durability and wood texture of the whole product series.

⊙WPC Gate System

MecoFence has kept improving according to market requirements. We upgrade the post basement, fence, WPC gate structure, accessories during the product testing and assessment. Here is some crucial information for our fence design:

01 Single-door design
·Mainly for pedestrians with a standard width of 0.9 meters.

02 Double door design
·It can be applied to cars.
·The max-width is 3 meters.
·It can be manual or electric.

03 Sliding gate design
·For a large gate wider than 3 meters.

04 Folding gate design
·Suitable for extensive gate application but with limited space.

⊙ArcShield Fence

The King of Cost-effective -- ArcShield Fence What's so special?
1. The aluminum cylindrical post match with the WPC panels, which has a special appearance.

2. Super cost-effective (although the price is low, the post with a diameter of 80mm is still maintained, the wall thickness of the post is 1.5mm, which has good strength ).

3. The rail is designed in a circular arc shape, and one rail can be used for three purposes (bottom rail, top rail, universal rail).

4. The arc design of the Rail well avoids snow and water accumulation on the top.

5. Maintain the original Y-shape design of Mecofence--Prevent stuck, hydrophobic design.

6. The base adopts invisible design, which is more beautiful overall.

MecoFence has 30 production lines that can meet the demands of urgent orders and accurate delivery time. 6 QC assistants will keep on-site inspection and instrument testing every day to ensure the product's quality, and this is why MecoFence can cover 10 years warranty.

Quality Inspection

⊙Boiling Test

Test Purpose
To test the durability of the deck under the ultra climate, like a place with tropical weather.

Test Theories and Methods
We add the salt into the water in the container according to a certain proportion. We heat it to 95°C, which simulates an environment of an offshore place with extremely high temperatures.

Then we put the decking samples into the water to keep boiling it. The test period is 8 hours cooking and 8 hours freezing per day, last for two weeks, totally over 80 hours, for the same batch of samples.

After the test, we will check the samples' condition to see if they appear structural changes like cracking, bending, deformation, etc. And we will keep the records.

⊙Cooling Test

Test Purpose
To test the durability of the deck under the ultra climate with super cold weather.

Test Theories and Methods
We put the samples into the refrigerator at under zero temperature to simulate a super cold environment.

The test period is 8 hours per day, last for two weeks, totally over 80 hours, for the same batch of samples.

After the test, we will check the samples' condition to see if they appear structural changes like cracking, bending, deformation, etc. And we will keep the records.

⊙UV Test

Test Purpose
To test the color fading level of the deck under the exposure of sunlight.

Test Theories and Methods

As our WPC products are used outdoors, people will be concerned about the color fading problem after the usage for a long time. Inside this container, there are xenon lights that can simulate the natural sunlight. We will put the decking samples into the container and turn on the xenon light to simulate the exposure under sunlight.

The period is 8 hours per day, lasting for two weeks, totally over 80 hours, for the same batch of samples.

After the test, we will compare the tested samples to the original color. Then we evaluate the fading levels. And we will keep the records.

⊙Bending Strength Test

Purpose
To test the load-bearing decking boards.

Test Theories and Methods

During the test, we put the deck board about 50cm long on the two poles below. The distance between the two poles is 40cm, the same as the distance between the joists for the decking installation. Then the upper pole will be slowing moving down to press the deck. And the machine will show the real-time data of the pressure. It will keep pushing until it breaks the deck. When the deck breaks, we will record the amount of the pressure, which is the deck's load-bearing.

⊙Standard Display Area

Purpose

To show the standards of our decking board, including the size, color, and texture.

All of our products should be subject to the standard boards. After comparing the standard boards, if the difference of the newly produced product is beyond tolerance, we will not use it and will weed it out.
