Guangdong Intelligent Land Port Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), established in 2020, is jointly invested by Fujian Land Port Group Co., Ltd., a domestic professional port operator, China Centle Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd., with rich experience in logistics project infrastructure construction, and Foshan Nanhai District Changmao Investment Co., Ltd., a state-owned district enterprise.
The Company takes the construction of port park, comprehensive logistics services, and industrial supply chain services as its core business, and is committed to creating a national logistics hub benchmark and becoming a global leading industrial supply chain service platform.
On June 29, 2021, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Foshan International Port (the first phase of the National Logistics Hub) project, invested and managed by the Company, was held, officially marking the beginning of the Company's investment and development in the port field.

The logo is designed with the elements of "high-speed train head" and "transport channel", and combines the English initials of "ILP" of Intelligent Land Port, resembling a railway freight special train with ILP exclusive title. It reflects the fast and efficient functional characteristics of Intelligent Land Port and the industrial characteristics of freight transfer of Intelligent Land Port.
The blue part of the logo symbolizes the runway of an aircraft, the track of a railway, and the channel of a highway. Its shape also resembles a harbor, representing the multi-modal intermodal system of the intelligent land-port.
In terms of color, blue represents maritime and air transport, symbolizing wisdom and technology; yellow represents postal transportation; green represents land and unimpeded passage, and also has the meaning of environmental protection and nature, symbolizing vitality and hope.

Three major investors
The Group, headquartered in Quanzhou, Fujian, is a service-oriented enterprise with cross-border comprehensive logistics, port park construction and foreign trade supply chain as its core business. It is the first 5A-level logistics enterprise and a well-known modern logistics enterprise in Quanzhou.
In 2009, the Group invested and operated the Jinjiang International Land Port Project in Quanzhou, with a planned area of 2500 mu and a planned investment of 7 billion yuan, creating a typical private enterprise public service platform.
After more than ten years of precipitation, Jinjiang Land Port has achieved leapfrog development and become the second largest land port and the most complete platform for port services in the country. In 2017, Jinjiang Land Port was supported by the General Administration of Customs and approved the customs area code 3726. In 2019, it was approved by the United Nations with the international code "CNJJD", and Jinjiang Land Port was upgraded to an international port.
The headquarters is located in Shunde District, Foshan City, and is a group-based, diversified, and cross-industry enterprise group with rich experience in the construction of large-scale logistics parks, industrial parks, etc., with outstanding advantages in logistics project planning, engineering management, and cost control.
The registered capital is 240 million yuan, and it is a state-owned enterprise in the Nanhai District. It is mainly responsible for the development and investment of the production and service-oriented national logistics hub core area in Foshan, the construction of characteristic industrial carriers, and the construction and operation of public service platforms.
