Overview of the Project
Foshan International Land Port is the first project of Foshan's production and service-oriented national logistics hub, located north of the auxiliary road of Guangfo-Zhao Expressway in Guan Yao Cargo Yard, Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, covering an area of 198 mu and a building area of about 260,000 square meters, with a total investment of about 1.5 billion yuan.
Project Positioning
The project relies on the developed manufacturing base and transportation location advantages of Foshan, is based on Guangfo and serves the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and radiates the "Belt and Road" to build the core startup area of a national logistics hub and a national multimodal transport demonstration base.
Through the construction of a service system of "1 platform + 5 functional zones", a major production and service industry (international logistics) functional zone in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao will be created, especially relying on the bonded logistics center (B type) to create new functions such as global center warehouses and international distribution centers, which will help Foshan enhance its global supply chain capabilities, achieve high integration with industrial development, promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and strengthen Foshan's radiation ability.
Project Construction Period
The project will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on June 29, 2021, and is planned to be completed and accepted by the end of 2022, and officially put into operation in the first half of 2023.

01/ Hub Headquarters Building
The project's industrial development center is committed to creating a cross-border e-commerce ecosystem that integrates customs clearance, freight forwarding, supply chain finance, intelligent logistics, and innovative entrepreneurship.
02/ International Express Mail Regulatory Center
It is a customs clearance place for international mail, private express C2C, cross-border e-commerce direct purchase import or general export business.
03/ Bonded Logistics Center (Type B)
We provide services such as bonded warehousing, global procurement and international distribution, simple processing and value-added services, transshipment and international transit, bonded, tax refund, exemption, online shopping of bonded goods, etc.
04/ Customs Inspection Area
Integrated Comprehensive Inspection Sites provide one-stop services such as booking, stowage, customs declaration, inspection, trailer loading, and clearance for enterprises.
05/ The Logistics Information Trading Center and Commercial Supporting Facilities
It provide information and logistics services, non-vehicle carriers, vehicle dispatching, freight centers, and accommodation and other life supporting services.

2015
The Foshan Production and Service-oriented National Logistics Hub Railway Dedicated Line has been listed as a key construction project in Guangdong Province.
Nov. 2018
The Ministry of Transport and the National Development and Reform Commission Office jointly announced the list of the third batch of multimodal transport demonstration projects, with the Foshan Nanhai District Railway Investment Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway Co., Ltd. as the leading units and the Nanhai District Shishan Town Official Kiln Goods Yard as the main carrier, the "7+5" Multimodal Transport Demonstration Project for Building the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao" was successfully selected.
June 22nd, 2020
Fujian Land Port Group Co., Ltd., Zhongqian Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd., and Foshan Nanhai District Nansan Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to jointly build the Foshan International Land Port Project.
Mid-Nov. 2020 •
At the 2020 National Logistics Park Working Conference and 2020 National Logistics Hub Award Ceremony, with Nanhai as the main carrier, the "Foshan Production Service-type National Logistics Hub" was awarded the "National Logistics Hub" plaque, becoming the only selected production service-type national logistics hub in Guangdong Province.
Dec. 31st, 2020
The Guangdong Province Intelligent Land Port Management Co., Ltd., the project construction and operation unit, has been officially registered and established.
June 28th, 2021
Guangdong Province Intelligent Land Port Manage-
ment Co., Ltd. successfully delisted the "Dapu" land block north of Guangzhu Railway and south of Foshan First Ring Road and the "Dibei" land block north of Guangzhu Railway and south of Shipeng Village, Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City (i.e. the land used for the Foshan International Port Project).

The grand groundbreaking ceremony of the Foshan International Land Port (National Logistics Hub First Phase) Project was held.
Jan. 13th, 2022
Foshan International Port has launched its first quarter investment promotion conference for 2022.
Mar. 2022
The Foshan International Land Port Project has successfully been selected as a key construction project for Foshan City in 2022.。
June 30th, 2022
Foshan International Land Port held the Second Quarter Investment Promotion Conference and the Topping-out Ceremony of the Hub Headquarters Building in 2022.
